Trabalenguas on holiday

Intensive courses for beginners
(students whithout any previous knowledge of Spanish and starting from zero) start at the following dates (always on Monday):

Dates in Sóller

  • Second Monday in May and the days before (once a year): Representation of a pirate attack in Sóller, where almost the whole town participates. Further information in English at www.sollernet.com/eventsen.html
  • Once a year, one week in July (14 until 19 July 2008): international folk dance festival "Sa Mostra" with groups from Congo, Russia, Mexico, Paraguay, Serbia and of course Spain. Further information in English at www.samostra.org or www.sollernet.com/eventsen.html
  • 24 August and the days before and after: Town 'fiesta' of Sóller with different cultural events around 24 August (San Bartolomé). There is an interesting diabolic fire show called "Correfoc". Our cultural offer:

- Guided excursions (nature and culture) with comments in Spanish. Places and dates depend on the interests of the participants.

- Students meeting (Familia Trabalenguas): Would you like to get to know other students from Trabalenguas? We meet every Monday from 8:00 pm on in a café at the Plaza. This meeting is informal and also ex-students, there friends, etc. are invited. We try to be there either Sílvia or Sebastian.
